    Are you passionate about driving innovation and growth within Kenya's vibrant startup ecosystem? Do you believe in the power of collaboration and technology to solve real-world challenges? If so, we invite you to be part of a groundbreaking event that brings together the brightest minds, visionaries, and problem solvers in the startup ecosystem. The event builds upon the much-loved Empowering Startup Community Series which have taken place in Uganda, Kenya, Zambia and Namibia. This time around we are taking it a step further from the ideation and are getting our hands dirty in building the real solutions that the ISO’s could use.

    📍 Location: Nairobi (details shared with chosen participants)

    We are looking for dedicated teams from the ISO’s who are looking forward to making an impact and are willing to put in some elbow grease and build a real solution.


    The best team will receive funding of 5000€ that will support them in finalizing the solution!
    Accommodation and transportation for all the selected participants will be covered.

    How to Participate:
    Apply: Secure your spot by registering for the event and choosing the idea you would like to work with. Get to know all the ideas or submit your own idea, if you do not resonate with any of the ideas.

    If you would like to submit your own idea, do it here by following the structure of the template. Please choose a tangible idea that you think you will be able to prototype during the event.

    Put together a team:

    • Find like-minded individuals in your network who you would like to work with. Have everyone in your team register as well. If you do not find a team but would like to still join there is a possibility to find a team at the event. Please bear in mind that due to the limited availability of the space, we can only approve a certain number of candidates. Therefore the teams will have an upper hand on this.

    • Hack Away: Spend 4 days collaborating, brainstorming, and prototyping solutions that will empower ISOs and the entire startup ecosystem in Kenya.

    • Present Your Solution: Pitch your project to the judges and audience for a chance to win prizes and recognition.
