Elise Sass

Startup-Lead at Microsoft in Central-Eastern Europe. Elise joined Microsoft recently to support the activities with startups. She comes from the startup world herself as founder of Startup Wise Guys accelerator, organizer of Garage48 in Africa and been part of several startups herself. Elise started her startup career as a community manager in an international social network. Now you can ping her with all ideas, crazy questions and requests for Microsoft and Bizspark.

Elise will teach Garage48 Minsk teams how to pitch their idea the best possible way.

Agu Suur 

Frontend Developer at Axinom. Starting out with the web and moving on to applications, Agu has 7 years of experience in user interface design and development across a variety of different platforms and form factors. For the past years he has been focusing on XAML-based frontends, including Windows Phone, Xbox and most recently Windows 8. 

Agu will spend the whole weekend advicing the teams on design, and if you ask him nicely he might even help your team to come up with heart-breaking winning design – who offers more gets this advantage.

Alexey Fedorov

Cloud Services Lead at Aplana Company - a Microsoft Cloud Accelerate Partner and Member of the Azure Circle Program. Aplana offers Windows Azure related services - a structured set of consulting engagements targeted to different types of customers looking for cloud solutions on Windows Azure platform – Startups, ISVs and Enterprises. Alexey’s previous experience includes 9 years at Microsoft, where as a Platform strategy Advisor he helped numerous ISVs and startups to create and migrate solutions to Windows Azure, as well as working in Russian and international IT companies. 

Alexey gives a pre-event workshop on Friday and stays to mentor and advise teams on every single cloud and Azure detail on Saturday as well.

Windows 8 has been talked about a lot recently – and it’s time to take close look on Microsoft Surface products and Windows Phones. There will be some devices at the event, to touch and play around with the support from Microsoft mentors and partners.
