Friday 25th February 2011

• 17:30 - Doors open, check-in, networking, coffee, snacks
• 18:15 - Opening remarks
• 18:45 - Presentation of different ideas
• 19:30 - Team formation (everybody will choose their favorite idea and form teams)

• 16:40 - Discussion board over Estonian Public Services and Open Data, what could be done and what to learn from UK experience - moderator Hille Hinsberg
